We are committed to your satisfaction with our products and our customer service.
Most items maybe returned within 7 days in their original unused condition, for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
However, books, CDs(MP3, Data or Audio), cassettes, and videos are not returnable, unless they are defective. Please return within seven days for replacement.
On voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for for return postage. On returns due to damaged/defective merchandise, or when the wrong item was shipped, return postage is credited to your account for future purchases.
Please package your return order appropriately. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging cannot be accepted as 'original unused condition'.

$25.01 to $50 order - $6.95
$50.01 to $75 order - $8.95
$75.01 to $100 order - $9.95
$100.01 to $150 order - $11.95
$150.01 to $200 order - $12.95
$200.01 to $300 order - $14.95
$300.01 and up order - $16.95
